*Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior the the start time of your service to ensure proper check-in.
*We honor 72-hour change or cancellation policy, any changes made inside that timeframe are subject to additional charges.
*We are an 18 and over facility, as minors are not permitted to use the facilities
*Please make us aware of any allergies, sensitivities or recent surgeries
*No outside food or beverage is allowed, per state health regulations.
Payment Information:
A credit card authorization form is required to hold your reservation. Credit card will not be charged until the day of your scheduled appointment. If guests are on own for payment, they must present card at check-in.
